On the occasion of the 20th anniversary of C.A.R. Contemporary Art Ruhr, I cordially invite you to an exclusive special presentation on the grounds of the UNESCO World Heritage Site Zeche Zollverein.

As the photographer’s daughter, I am presenting—for the very first time—a curated preview of the extraordinary life’s work of Ulrich Pracht: a personal homage that also marks the beginning of the future public rediscovery of his extensive oeuvre.

The exhibition spans a spectrum ranging from iconic analog fashion photography and early multimedia and digital experiments to contemporary inquiries exploring the dynamic interplay between artistic signature and artificial intelligence. It tells the story of a miner’s son whose path led him from the "Coal Pot" to the global stage of visual arts.
